Pratap Chandra Memorial Homoeopathic Hospital & College
Pratap Chandra Memorial Homoeopathic Hospital & College is the 2nd oldest Homoeopathic medical college in Asia. Established on 1926 at the present location, that is 14/1 Narkeldanga North Road, Kolkata-11, on own land by Late Dr. Jitendra Nath Majumder, In order to commemorate the name of his illustrious father Late Dr. Pratap Chandra Majumder who was one of the pioneers Homoeopath in India and popularised Homoeopathy in Bengal. Currently our college has been rated A+ by the Medical Assessment and Rating Board for Homeopathy, National Commission for Homoeopathy in 2024. Earlier there were DMS & DHMS courses. Currently runs UG course in Homoeopathy, B.H.M.S., (included in 2nd schedule of HCC Act of 1973) with intake capacity of 50 students since 1997. Erstwhile affiliated under Calcutta University, Currently affiliated under West Bengal University of Health Sciences since 2003, Recognised by CCH earlier & NCH at present. We have well equipped laboratory, and our OPD has large footfall of patients. Our alumni are well established in both government and private sectors.

Vision
The college envisions advancing homeopathic education and practice, aiming to uphold the legacy of its founder, Jitendra Nath Majumder. Majumder established the institution in honor of his father, Pratap Chandra Majumder, a pioneer in popularizing homeopathy in West Bengal.
